Go to http://ircalc.usps.gov/  This is the USPS International shipping calculator page.

Choose your country from line #1 "Select a destination"

On line #2, you will "Select a shape" and choose the last option, "Large Package, any dimension over 12 inches"  Continue to the next page.

For Package dimensions, select "Rectangular/Square"

Enter the package dimensions of:

18" for Length

16" for Height

10" for Width

On the next page, your pricing for shipping will appear under the "Post Office Price" at the bottom of the row, USPS Priority Mail.

This is the amount that you will add to the price when paying by Paypal.

Please note that if the amount that you pay is lower than the actual calculated price, there will be delays and additional steps necessary to rectify the discrepancy.
